Our new, comfortable apartment is about 200 m from the pier, 400 m from the beach and the saltwater pool, and also 400 m from the water park (Ocean Wave). <br>The apartment is about 60 square meters. It consists of a living room with a kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds. The bay window in the living room features large panes of glass, making the light and the view particularly beautiful.<br>The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc. There is a TV in the living room. The windows and doors are double-glazed and fitted with blinds. Each room has at least one window fitted with mosquito screens. In addition to standard central heating, the living room, bathroom, and hallway are equipped with underfloor heating. The living room faces southwest.
