Welcome to 201 G Port O Call by AvantStay — a sunlit, sea-kissed escape just steps from the sand, made for easy coastal days and golden-hour evenings on the porch. Listen closely — you can hear the waves crashing right from the deck. Big windows pull in soft ocean light, the screened balcony frames a sweeping view of the beach, and the open living space invites you to unwind the moment you kick off your shoes.

The great room flows effortlessly from living to dining to kitchen, anchored by plush seating and thoughtful coastal-modern touches in crisp whites and soft blues. A full chef's kitchen comes stocked with everything you need — stainless appliances, a gas range, generous counter space, and a dining table for four where morning coffee and fresh-off-the-grill dinners come together just as easily.

The king-bedded primary offers a calm retreat at the end of the day, while a sleeper sofa in the living room and a daybed with trundle in the flexible bonus space means there's room to bring the kids or host a friend or two. A clean, modern bath rounds out the interiors with a glass-enclosed shower and spa-inspired finishes.

Step outside and the good stuff keeps coming. The screened porch is prime real estate — lounge with a book, dine al fresco at the high-top, or pull up a chair and just listen to the waves. A shared grill nearby makes beach-day burgers an easy call, and the community pool is the kind of glassy, palm-fringed oasis that practically begs for a midday dip. The beach itself? Basically out your front door. One short stroll past the building in front of you and your toes are in the sand.

Isle of Palms is the kind of barrier-island escape that feels a world away while still being an easy drive to everything that makes the Lowcountry special. Spend lazy mornings with dolphin-spotting walks along the shore, rent a bike or paddleboard from one of the local outfitters, or tee off at one of the nearby championship golf courses. Downtown

Charleston is roughly 25 minutes away — close enough for dinner at a James Beard-winning restaurant, a sunset carriage ride through the historic district, or a day of shopping along King Street before heading back to the quiet of the coast. Closer to home, you'll find fresh seafood shacks, breezy waterfront bars, and the laid-back Isle of Palms Marina for sunset cruises and fishing charters.

*Home Truths:*
- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- The rental includes a sleeper sofa as well as a twin daybed with trundle.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Port O Call pool is unheated and open year-round from 8:00 AM to dusk. There is a community grill available in the pool area.
- Golf carts and LSVs are not permitted at this complex.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Port o Call pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

*Parking Details:*
- There are two parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

The ocean view was breathtaking! The screened-in porch was a nice touch, but it could use some updating, which is likely the responsibility of the building. The furniture was great, but it could use new cushions or a good cleaning.The space was clean and perfect for two people or a small family. However, the pricing with VRBO was quite expensive.
