The townhouse spans two floors, offering an ideal layout for a stay with up to five people. The lower level features a spacious living area with solid oak floors. The first floor boasts a beautiful dining table, a fireplace, and a cozy couch. From here, you can also step out onto the terrace—the view of the famous Watzmann is breathtaking. A highlight is the high-tech kitchen, equipped with a Miele oven, steam cooker, plate warmer, dishwasher, Bosch refrigerator, and Gaggenau induction cooktop. A light-filled wooden staircase leads you to the first floor. Here you’ll find the three bedrooms, each featuring a balcony with a breathtaking mountain view. The main bathroom, decorated in terracotta, offers a small wellness oasis where you can enjoy a relaxing bubble bath. There is also another bathroom with a rain shower at your disposal. Enjoy your vacation in our cozy retreat. The modern style, blended with natural materials and solid wood, is very comfortable. You’re surrounded by unspoiled nature and yet only a few minutes away from downtown Berchtesgaden. The historic center of Berchtesgaden is just 2 km away. There you’ll find a variety of shopping options and restaurants.
