Quiet and spacious vacation apartment “An der Ache 2” with a balcony

Bright, tastefully decorated upstairs vacation apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large living room featuring a fully equipped built-in kitchen and a cozy dining area. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a mini stereo system with a DVD player. A wood-burning stove ensures cozy moments on cold winter days. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, convection oven, range hood, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, and many other kitchen appliances. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Hotel-approved mattresses ensure a comfortable night’s sleep, and the bathroom features a bathtub, a shower enclosure, and a towel warmer. You’re welcome to use our Wallbox—charged at €0.50 per kWh. To ensure we can prepare everything for you, we’d appreciate it if you’d make a binding reservation for the Wallbox with us before your arrival.

Built in 2012, the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac right on the Königsseer Ache. Apart from the murmur of the river and the occasional ringing of the Untersteiner church bells, nothing disturbs the peace and quiet you’ll find here. Yet it’s centrally located—essential shops are just a 10-minute walk away, and Königssee is also reachable after a 20-minute stroll along the Ache.
