Accommodation Rules:

#Cleaning and Linen

- The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out.

- We provide 1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linen per bed according to the number of guests specified in the reservation.

- If a linen change is needed during the stay, it may be requested separately for an amount equal to 50% of the cleaning fee.

#Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (later check-in may be allowed upon request and subject to staff availability).

- Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

- Late check-out after 11:00 AM may be allowed if the apartment is available, subject to prior request at least 24 hours in advance and a fee of 50% of the daily rate.

#Guests and Visitors

- Only guests who are duly registered as part of the reservation may remain in the accommodation.

- Entry or stay of persons beyond the maximum capacity established for the property is not allowed.

- Before check-in, we will request the IDs of all guests for verification and authorization of access to the accommodation.

#Accommodation Rules

- Smoking is not permitted inside the property (only on the balcony or terrace).

- Parties, events, and loud music are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and must be respected throughout the stay.

- The guest is responsible for complying with the accommodation and condominium rules. In case of non-compliance, a fine may be applied and will be the responsibility of the guest who made the reservation.
