The lower level offers its own second living area and bar—perfect for relaxing after a day on the golf course, slopes, or exploring Northern Michigan.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home during their stay, including all 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, multiple living spaces, kitchen, lower-level bar area, and outdoor gathering areas.



Guests may also enjoy access to the clubhouse amenities, including the pool and hot tub, during available hours.



The home is conveniently located within Shanty Creek Resort, putting golf, skiing, dining, and year-round Northern Michigan recreation within easy reach.

Northern Michigan is especially fun to explore by car, with scenic drives connecting Bellaire to Torch Lake, Alden, Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Traverse City.

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of household essentials for your arrival, including:



2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

Paper towels

2 garbage bags

Dish soap

Dishwasher tabs

Basic bathroom essentials



These items are intended as a starter supply rather than enough for the entire stay. Depending on the length of your visit and the size of your group, you may need to bring or purchase additional paper products, trash bags, toiletries, and other household supplies during your stay.



Please remember to bring your own beach towels for swimming, boating, and outdoor adventures. Bath towels provided in the home are intended for indoor use only and should not be taken to the beach, lake, or pool areas.



The home sits directly along Fairway #14 of Hawk’s Eye Golf Course. Please be mindful of golfers and remain aware that golf balls can occasionally enter areas surrounding homes located along a course.



Pool and hot tub access is provided through the clubhouse and is subject to clubhouse hours, seasonal schedules, maintenance, and availability.



This home is ideal for guests looking for a relaxing Northern Michigan getaway. Parties and disruptive gatherings are not permitted, and we ask guests to be respectful of neighboring homes and the resort community.
