A well-designed two-bedroom home tucked into Laurel Canyon, with views, a private garden, and the quiet that defines this part of the Hills. Fully furnished and well stocked for an extended stay, with two full bathrooms, a functional kitchen, and dedicated parking. About 12 miles from SoFi Stadium and 16 miles from LAX. Ideal for a professional or couple settling in for a longer stretch.

The home sits on a quiet street in Laurel Canyon, that feels removed from the city despite being minutes from everything. The neighborhood has a particular quality of light and stillness that monthly guests return to.

The entry opens to the lower level, where the layout moves naturally through the home. The kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking, stocked with the basics you`d expect for a longer stay, including coffee, tea, oils, and pantry staples. A dining area sits adjacent, with a centerpiece on the table and natural light pulling through the space. Cleaning supplies and household essentials are organized and easy to find.

The living area upstairs carries the energy of the home. Large windows frame the hillside views, and the room is furnished and styled to feel personal rather than generic. A Fire TV with Alexa voice control handles entertainment simply, and the Slim Aarons and Laurel Canyon coffee table books on the table reflect the history and character of the neighborhood you`re in. The combination window locks keep things secure and are tucked neatly behind the blinds.

Both bedrooms are on the upper level and well separated from one another. The primary bedroom is the larger of the two, with a proper closet and an en-suite bathroom that includes a softener on the shower head. The second bedroom has its own closet with new doors and large artwork above the bed. A second full bathroom serves this room. Bed linens, towels, and bath products are fully stocked and organized throughout.

The outdoor space is a genuine draw. The garden is well maintained and private, with automatic exterior lighting that activates at dusk, something guests who arrive home late on dark canyon roads tend to appreciate. The home includes garage access and parking for multiple cars, a meaningful detail in the Hills where street parking is limited.

Throughout the home, plants add warmth and life. The owners have selected self-watering pots to keep things low maintenance for guests.

Guests will have access to the entire home. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

The home is accessed via a keypad lock on the front door. Garage access and a gate remote are provided at check-in. Detailed check-in instructions are sent after your rental agreement is signed.

Laurel Canyon is one of the most historically distinct neighborhoods in Los Angeles. The streets wind through the hills between Hollywood and the Valley, and the area has long attracted people in the creative and entertainment industries. It is quiet, residential, and private in a way that few parts of the city manage to be.

The property sits in the heart of the canyon. Laurel Canyon Boulevard is minutes away with coffee, a market, and casual dining. Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood is roughly ten minutes by car, and the 101 freeway is easily reachable without the noise or density of the flatlands. Runyon Canyon and other nearby hiking trails are accessible year-round.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you are an explorer, we recommend a car.

Laurel Canyon is a hillside neighborhood and a car is particularly useful here. That said, Uber and Lyft are readily available for those who prefer not to drive.

By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

Please note that in the State of California, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

- Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.

- Dogs welcome with prior approval, 1 dog maximum, must be well-trained and house-trained. Guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pet. The gardener does not handle pet waste. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.
