You’ll have easy access to swimming, fishing, and enjoying Michigan’s natural beauty. Plus, shopping, restaurants, and everyday essentials in Midland are just a quick 10-minute drive away.

House rules:

NO PETS
We kindly ask that no pets be brought into the home to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies.

NO SMOKING
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the home. If smoking outdoors, please do so responsibly and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.

NO PARTIES
Please note that parties and events are not permitted at the property. We kindly ask that occupancy remain limited to registered guests.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

OCCUPANCY
Minimum renter age: 21 years old. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed on your reservation. No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval.

PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING
Commercial photography and filming are not permitted. The space is intended for personal use and guest enjoyment only.

Security Camera:
For guest safety and property security, there is an exterior camera located at the front door and at the corner of the garage. The camera faces the entryway and driveway only. There are no devices inside the home.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or enjoy a quick snack. You’ll find cookware, dishes, utensils, and essential appliances ready for use, along with a few basic starter items such as avocado, veggie, and olive oils, salt & pepper, garlic & onion powder.

Under the kitchen sink, you’ll find the following items available to use: dishwasher pods, dish soap, a cleaning brush, a dish drying mat, and garbage bags.

For guests traveling with little ones, we’ve provided children's plates, silverware, cups & a highchair for your convenience. Feel free to use it during your stay to make mealtime a bit easier and more comfortable.

Guest Supplies
For stays of 7 nights or less, we provide one of each of the following items per day:

Dishwasher tablet
Laundry pod
Garbage bag
Roll of toilet paper
Paper towel
For stays longer than 7 nights, the initial supply will be provided in accordance with the policy above. Any additional supplies needed beyond the provided amount are the guest’s responsibility.

We recommend planning accordingly for longer stays and purchasing additional supplies as needed.

Remote Work:
If you're working remotely, we do offer a dedicated workspace for your convenience.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Our home features three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed with en-suite, while the other two bedrooms include a queen bed and a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. For those traveling with little ones, a pack ’n play with sheets is available and stored in the third bedroom closet. Each bedroom is also equipped with a fan for guests who prefer white noise while sleeping.

*Please note that the backyard is not fenced in currently.

*An extra guest fee will apply above 6 guests. This will be sent to you as an extra charge.

*We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to guard against unforeseen circumstances. NO refunds will be given for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
