No dedicated game room here - but you won't be bored. The living room is set up for relaxed evenings in, with a cozy fireplace and easy access to streaming on both TVs. The community park just steps away keeps little ones entertained outdoors.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked and ready for real cooking - not just reheating. You'll find a full set of cookware including saucepans, a frying pan, baking and cookie sheets, and mixing bowls. A coffee maker, blender, and toaster cover your morning routine, and a full knife block, grilling utensils, measuring tools, and corkscrew round out the essentials. Dishes, mugs, and utensils are provided per guest. The Frigidaire dishwasher makes cleanup simple.



Technology



Two 42-inch Roku TVs - one in the living room, one in the bedroom - come loaded with streaming apps so you can sign into your own accounts and pick up right where you left off. WiFi is provided through Spectrum, with the router located on the end table beside the couch.



Laundry



Stackable unit washer and dryer - no lugging bags to a laundromat. Linens and towels are provided.



Outdoor



A back deck with a propane grill awaits your cookouts. The grill comes with a cover, grill mat, and a ready propane tank. A throw blanket, an iron and ironing board, and a flashlight are also on hand for practical needs inside.



Community Amenities



Southwood Shores Condos offers a community indoor pool that is generally open year-round (hours are posted on site). A shared hot tub is located at the main office building alongside the pool. Please follow posted rules - failure to do so may result in removal from the community amenity areas. A central park within the complex is perfect for kids to burn some energy. Note: This unit does not include a boat slip or private water access.



Guest Access:

Self check-in is easy and seamless. Access with a smart lock or the lockbox is located on the 3-tier steps just outside the main entryway of the building. Two parking spaces are available on a paved, flat driveway - easy to navigate in any standard vehicle, no four-wheel drive needed. GPS directions to the property are reliable. Your host is available should any questions arise during your stay, but the setup is designed so everything you need is right at your fingertips from the moment you arrive.
