Newly constructed in 2023, this 6-bedroom lodge has everything your family needs for a wonderful vacation - GREAT LOCATION (adjacent to Silver Dollar City!), LAKE VIEW, tons of space, GAME ROOM (pool table, ping pong, foosball, arcade), HOT TUB, outdoor barrel SAUNA, fireplaces, kids bunk room, and a very well-stocked kitchen. The lodge sleeps 18 in beds (no sleeper sofas!). We also provide a custom TOUCHSTAY GUIDEBOOK that provides everything to know about the property and local suggestions!

-Community Playground is available for use!

-Nearest BOAT LAUNCH is Indian Point Marina and is just 2.8 miles down the road. Slip rentals are $20/night.

-We do have grill tongs and a grill brush, but please plan to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid (available for purchase nearby).

-Any smoking inside the property will result in a minimum $500 fine and assessment of deep cleaning fees required to remove smell.

-Pets under 50 lbs are allowed, however we must be notified in advance and there is a $150 per pet / per stay fee. This does not cover any damage or excessive cleaning required as a result of pets.

-Construction Notice: There is ongoing construction in the development. We do not control the timeline for this.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home as well as a community indoor and outdoor pool, and playground.



The Neighborhood:

The biggest perk of the neighborhood is that it is right down the street from Silver Dollar City, with easy access to Branson (15-20 mins drive) and boat access to Table Rock Lake nearby.



Getting Around:

Branson is a 15-20 min drive, Silver Dollar City is right down the street, access to Table Rock Lake is available nearby!
