Idyllic kitesurfing bungalow in Costa Calma with a pool

Welcome to our beautiful, cozy apartment on the Costa Calma!<br>This quiet bungalow complex is located in the upper part of the village, an 8-minute walk from the sea, which can be reached via a direct, romantic walking path through the Bosco. Public parking is available above the complex along the street. There is also a small hardware store and a small supermarket there (80 meters away). The beautifully designed bungalow complex is protected from outsiders by gates, and below it lies the very well-maintained pool area with sun loungers and a toddler pool. <br><br>Keys are handed over in person by our friendly staff in Costa Calma (starting at 5:00 PM). The bungalow also has a key box in case the management office (which is also accessible via this entrance to the complex) is open.<br><br>The 34-square-meter apartment is located in the 4th row below the street on the right as you head toward the pool. It was completely renovated in 2019, furnished with lots of charm, and is being continuously updated. It has a wonderful atmosphere and was furnished with great care! I transformed the small garden (25 square meters) into a mini-oasis, complete with a water feature and indirect evening lighting. A comfortable sun lounger and sun lounger chair invite you to linger and relax. The dining area, featuring a large wooden table, is covered and sheltered from the wind and sun. The apartment also features a small sunroom with an outdoor kitchen. It’s equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator, large sink, kitchen cabinet, and a dining or work table.<br>The adjoining living room features a comfortable sofa and a TV for relaxing in the evenings. There’s also a dining table with 4 chairs. <br>In addition to a modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, the apartment also features a small, fully equipped kitchenette with a grill and a beverage refrigerator. <br>The bedroom features a raised bed with a very comfortable 180-cm mattress (which was very important to us), two nightstands with reading lamps, and a built-in closet that also holds bed linens and towels. The bedroom is equipped with both light and dark curtains, ensuring you get a restful night’s sleep.
