Welcome to the Haus family's privately owned cabin, THE PLAY HAUS at Boulder Lake. Enjoy 8,825 SQ FT (6,720 SQ FT inside and 2,105SQ FT decks) of endless, luxury activities. Breathtaking view through the towering 90-foot pine trees over the pond. It s the perfect setting to enjoy with your closest 52 friends and family. Bring your ATVs and hit the trails from the front door of the cabin!

💥BUNKROOM #1: Located on the 2nd floor with 9 queen beds with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. This room is perfect for UP TO 18 children -OR- 9 adults. Not advisable for 18 adults. Perfect for the girls/boys bunkroom.

💥BUNKROOM #2: Located on the 3rd floor with 6 queen beds with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. This room is perfect for UP TO 12 children -OR- 6 adults. Not advisable for 12 adults. Perfect for the girls/boys bunkroom.

🎲GAMEROOM: Arguably the BEST gameroom in all of Hochatown! When you arrive on the 3rd floor, your jaw will drop. The game room has real arcade games: 2 race car machines, basketball, air hockey, and skeeball. Additionally, Texas Hold em table for 8, pool table, foosball, ping pong table, chess, a custom arcade with over 60 games, mini bar with fridge and a sink, a couch and TV for gaming or watching the game, and tons of board games. We doubt you will want to leave unless it s time to jump in the pool, fish, kayak, hit the hot tub or sauna, or play pickle ball or basketball!

🌲OUTDOOR COVERED DECK 3rd FLOOR: The covered deck has a round dining room table for 6, two double swinging egg chairs overlooking the pond, and a pool with a view that will impress everyone.

🔪KITCHEN: We dare you to find a more luxurious kitchen in Hoachtown. All modern appliances including oversized double fridge/freezer, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, gas stove top, double ovens, and a microwave. Stocked with a toaster, coffee pot, Keurig coffee, Kitchen Aid mixer, hand held mixer, blender, pressure cooker, 2 large crock pots, air fryer, large pot for cooking in large quantities, lots of pots and pans, serving dishes, cookie sheets, muffin pan, and every cooking utensil you would reasonably need. The kitchen island is huge, providing additional seating at the bar for four. There is so much counter space and plenty of cabinets for your use. This kitchen will be sure to please all the cooks in the kitchen!

🍽️ INDOOR DINING: The first floor has 2 dining area open to the kitchen and living room. 10 people can sit comfortably at one of the custom-made blue epoxy dining room tables, and 12 people can sit at the other custom-made blue epoxy dining room table. An additional 4 people can sit at the kitchen counter. In the 3rd floor gameroom there is a wood table for seating of another 5 guests.

🍽️ OUTDOOR DINING: Built-in propane grill for your cook-outs. Two dining room tables are located on the back deck with seating in both chairs and benches for 15 or more. A round table on the back deck allows for an additional 4 guests. On the hot tub deck there is another round table for 4 more guests. On the 3rd floor is a round table for seating of 6 guests.

📺INDOOR LIVING: The extra large living room boasts a sectional couch for 12 or more. There is a large TV over the propane fireplace. The tall ceilings and large windows allow you to enjoy the gorgeous view.

📺 OUTDOOR LIVING: Just outside the living room is your second living room with an all weather sectional couch for 10, as well as a second large TV above the outdoor propane fireplace.

🏊POOL/HOT TUB/SAUNA: The 20-foot by 40-foot heated pool (for a $250/day heating charge) is the perfect spot for your entire tribe to splash, swim, play basketball, or float. The pool depth is between 3 feet and 5 feet, with life jackets provided with no fence around the pool. The pool deck has 8 sun loungers, many Adirondack rocking/swivel and stationary chairs, and 4 water lounge chairs in the shallow end of the pool. A gazebo covers the large hot tub that will fit 10 friends with gorgeous views of the towering trees and the fishing pond. Warm up or sweat it out inside the large sauna for 4 friends.

🏀OUTDOOR GAMES: You could spend a whole day just playing outside at The Play Haus! The fenced pickleball court serves as a basketball court too, with outdoor lighting for evening games. Enjoy the old school tether ball next to the largest children s play set we could find. Have a blast playing corn hole or horse shoes. Try your luck at frisbee gold in the front yard.

🐟KAYAK/FISHING DOCK ON THE POND: Relax on the dock, just steps from the pool, or race across the water in one of the six double full-size kayaks or four single kayaks, all with provided life jackets. The pond has been stocked for catch and release only please. You will need to bring your own fishing poles and tackle as these are not provided.

🔥FIREPIT: A large firepit is just steps away from the pond. It has 8 Polywood hanging swings that will seat up to 16 as you enjoy endless hours talking with friends and family or roasting up s

⛺TEE PEE: The custom-painted teepee is feet away from the large playset and tether ball area, overlooking the pickleball and basketball court. Inside has 6 teak wood chairs for your pow wows.

🧺LAUNDERY: The 1st floor has 2 washers and dryers.The 2nd floor as a washer and dryer. The 3rd floor has a wash and dryer. There are a total of 4 washers and 4 dryers at your disposal.

- ATV trail access from the cabin! No need to trailer your ATVs anywhere. There are two trailheads in the Boulder Ridge area, as a short hop across the highway will get you to trails all the way to Broken Bow Lake. Or rent UTV s from Bravo and they will drop off the UTV s at the front door for you.

- Convenient location yet a short drive to restaurants, groceries + local attractions

When you re staying at Boat Haus at Boulder Lake, you ll want to take advantage of the natural beauty surrounding you at every opportunity. It has one of the most peaceful views of the pine trees in the area. Enjoy meals at the outdoor dining area or roast s mores/share stories around the outdoor fire pit. For the ultimate indulgence, take a nice bottle of wine down to the hot tub. This is outdoor living at its best.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door.

The roads leading to the cabin are well-maintained, with no major potholes, though, like most roads in the area, they can get a bit dusty.

There are no stairs for you to climb to enter the cabin. Perfect for those in your group with limited mobility!

The maximum guest limit is 52.

The renter s minimum age is 25.

Events, pets and smoking are not permitted.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoor activities you want boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don t forget these items when you come to visit:

Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55 each year).

We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.

Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.

Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.

Coffee and filters enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.

Condiments - A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
