The newly built harbor complex, with its beautifully designed pier, gives you that pure vacation feeling the moment you arrive. This is where our sustainable houseboat “smile” is moored, gently rocked by the waves. Once on board, we’ll welcome you with a cup of coffee or tea to help you settle in. You’ll receive a tour of all areas of the houseboat, and if needed, we can offer a charter license exam as part of the orientation. The best part—it’s a houseboat that doesn’t require a boat license; any skipper can operate it with a charter license.

The boat features: a dedicated captain, a spacious captain’s cabin for 2 people and a sofa bed for 1.5 people, a fireplace, gas heating, a solar panel (making it nearly self-sufficient), a coffee maker, toaster, grill, a deck and rooftop terrace with lounge furniture, and of course a toilet and shower.... and much more.
