You enter the Ostseeflair holiday apartment by Seeblick Ferien ORO via an external staircase, from here you can immediately access the first south-facing balcony (approx. 25 m²), which awaits you with a beach basket, teak deck chair, and other comfortable furniture for relaxation. The entrance area leads to the living and dining area with an additional shower room and toilet. On the second level, you will find your bathroom, which will delight wellness enthusiasts, as it features a floor-level XXL walk-in shower, a whirlpool bathtub, an infrared sauna with color light therapy, and a Bluetooth radio. Passing by the wellness oasis, you'll come to two well-designed bedrooms with space for five adults and a breathtaking water view. The master bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) with an additional 40-inch smart TV, overlooking the marina, while a bunk bed (bottom 1.40 x 2.00 max. 180kg), (top 90x200 max. 75 kg) for 3 people in the second bedroom awaits you with a view of the Schlei.



However, the focus is on the perfectly implemented light-flooded living and dining area with a wood-fired fireplace, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, which are designed loft-style so that all rooms flow seamlessly into each other, connecting the living area with nature. The integration of the open kitchen with excellent equipment and functional design doesn't hinder the cozy togetherness even when preparing all sorts of delicacies. The water scenery in front of the dining area with a 180-degree panoramic view of the entire harbor and the Baltic Sea is within reach – that's Ostseeflair. You enter the second north-facing balcony (approx. 8m²) from the living area, where our guests can make themselves comfortable on additional seating and enjoy a sundowner with evening sun to end the day.



Spectacular plays of sunlight are to be expected in this apartment due to the two balconies facing south and north. The interior style corresponds to the exclusive location of the holiday apartment: country house style combined with clear colors and shapes promise tranquility and retreat, while individual color accents provide refreshing lightness.



The entire holiday apartment can be easily temperature-controlled via underfloor heating and, thanks to the fireplace and sauna, offers pleasant warmth and a cozy atmosphere throughout the year. For entertainment, the living area features a 55-inch smart TV with Bluetooth and Samsung soundbar, a Playstation, Blu-ray player, a separate internet radio, and a collection of games.



The Weber electric grill rounds off the high-quality equipment.



If you happen to have to work during your vacation, it's not a problem. This accommodation features a portable desk that you can place according to your preferences, with the best view or sun orientation.



Furthermore, the apartment has a parking space with an electric charging station for your electric car right at the house and a lockable bicycle shed. Charging at the wallbox can be billed via credit card, 1 kWh = 59 cents.



A child travel bed and a high chair are available for our young guests. Bed linen/towels can be brought along or rented in the form of linen packages for an extra fee. The beds would be made upon arrival. You need to order the linen packages separately.
