Immaculate Property and Delicious Garden
This place was great for our Fall retreat, with the expansive property there is something for everyone to enjoy.
The kids enjoyed playing basketball, fishing in the lake, playing with the nice variety of toys and roasting s’mores at the fire pit.
The adults enjoyed hiking the trails, watching wildlife, and sampling the garden with the peppers, greens and tomatoes they left for us to try. We put them to good use with fresh salads, garden salsa, and toppings for homemade pizza in the pizza oven, which was a hit. The trip to Cherry Knoll was a highlight of the Fall season.
Wayne was especially helpful in showing us the features of the home and even came out to stake out the trails so we knew where to go.
Our only complaint was that it wasn’t clear during the booking process that the master bedroom isn’t available. The Master Bathroom is available though, via a back staircase. The steam shower was especially hit.
We will be back!
