Vacation Apartment 1.1 (71 square meters) is located on the first floor and is a bright, modern 3-room apartment with a southwest-facing balcony equipped with an awning. The kitchenette and dining area are integrated directly into the living area. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and toilet. <br>The balcony is directly accessible from the living area. The apartment has 2 bedrooms.<br>One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a TV; the other bedroom has two single beds and a TV.<br>We have a storage room available for your bicycles. The vacation apartments on the second floor and above offer a view of Harbor Basin II. The building features free Wi-Fi and an elevator. Two of the vacation apartments allow one pet upon request. All apartments include a parking space; a washer and dryer are available in the basement, and there is also a storage room for items such as bicycles at the rear of the building. Some apartments have a beach chair on the terrace or balcony. A small playground is located next to the building, and a large adventure playground is just a few minutes’ walk away. An extra bed is available in some apartments upon request for a fee.
