Vacation Rental 3.1 is a spacious 3-room apartment with 2 balconies facing southwest (one off the living room and one off one of the bedrooms) and a view of the harbor. The kitchen is separate and includes a dining area. The bathroom features a low-entry shower, toilet, towel warmer, and hair dryer. The living area opens directly onto the balcony.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a balcony.
The second bedroom has two single beds and features a TV (wall-mounted). All of our apartments are non-smoking.

Technology: 2 TVs (living room and one bedroom), free Wi-Fi, small hi-fi stereo system

Note: Construction work is currently underway on the neighboring property (expected to last until mid/late 2026). The beautiful view from the Ankerplatz house of the harbor and the sea remains unaffected by this—however, there may be occasional noise.

The prices for our vacation apartments always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.


Complex:

The Ankerplatz building is in a prime location, right on the Büsum harbor. All vacation apartments offer a beautiful view of Büsum Harbor, and some units on the upper floor also offer a view of the North Sea. The building offers the following amenities: an elevator, a washer and dryer in the basement, a storage room, Wi-Fi, and parking spaces assigned to the apartments in the underground garage.

An extra bed is available for a fee in some apartments.
