1 living room with a dining area, a small kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a shower.
The bathroom features a shower and toilet. The living area opens onto the terrace. The bedroom has a double bed. The apartment comes with a parking space directly next to the house. We have an open bike shelter available for you.
A washer and dryer are available in the basement (for a fee).
All of our vacation apartments are non-smoking.

Kitchenette: dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Electronics: 1 TV, radio, Wi-Fi—free of charge.

Vacation Apartment 2 is located on the first floor and features a west-facing terrace.

The rates for our vacation apartments are always valid for stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.


Complex:

Thanks to the central location of Haus Kähler 1, the pedestrian zone, the harbor, and the beach are all just a short walk away. Breakfast options are available right near the building. Wi-Fi is, of course, free throughout the entire building. All apartments in the building have a parking space marked with the apartment number, and there is also a carport in the courtyard for storing bicycles (e-bike charging is available). Like all of our vacation apartments, the apartments in Kähler I are non-smoking. A washer and dryer are available in the basement of Building 1 (for a fee). An extra bed can be provided for an additional fee. Apartments 9 through 12 in House Kähler 2 are located at Friedrichstr. 3. House II is on the same property as House 1; however, the two different addresses result from the location of the entrances.
