"Haus Barbara" - Apartment No. 11 is located on the 1st floor in the newly renovated attic and measures approximately 50 m²; it offers ample space for four people, or optionally for six. <br>The house is located directly behind the dike, just a 1-minute walk from the beach. Bed linens and towels are available for rent as a package (one linen package always includes 2 hand towels, a bath towel, a dish towel, a bath mat, and bed linens for one person). You are also welcome to bring your own linens.<br><br>The apartment consists of a living room with an open-concept kitchen and two bedrooms. In addition, the apartment features two terraces (each approx. 7 m²) with a side view of the sea, allowing you to enjoy the Grömitz sun from morning to night. <br><br>The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a freezer compartment, a coffee maker (filter and espresso machines), a 4-burner induction stove, a combination oven/microwave, and a dishwasher. <br><br>The bathroom features a large shower. <br><br>The bedroom offers a high level of sleeping comfort with its box-spring bed made of high-quality pocket springs and includes its own TV and a terrace. The second bedroom is also equipped with its own TV and features a pull-out bunk bed that can be configured as either a single or a double bed. <br>In the living room, which is equipped with a TV, the sofa bed offers two people the best possible sleeping comfort thanks to its box-spring technology.<br><br>The vacation rental, newly renovated in 2021/22, is also equipped with a built-in safe for your valuables.<br><br>In the apartment, you’ll enjoy optimal Wi-Fi reception and also have the option to connect via a LAN port.<br><br>A parking space is available for our guests. <br>Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this vacation rental.
