A warm welcome to your vacation apartment at Haus Waldhorn. Our house is located in a sunny and open spot in the Untere Leiten district on the high plateau of Ramsau am Dachstein. During your vacation, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the Schladminger Tauern to the south and the impressive Dachstein massif to the north.

Whether you’re here for a summer or winter vacation in Ramsau am Dachstein, there’s plenty to enjoy. In winter, you’ll find ideal conditions on the freshly groomed ski slopes, winter hiking trails, or 220 km of cross-country ski trails. While parents enjoy themselves in the Ski amadé ski area—just 4 kilometers away—with the Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen, and Reiteralm ski mountains, your children will be well taken care of at the local ski schools in Ramsau.

At Haus Waldhorn, a fully equipped 60-square-meter vacation apartment for 2–5 people is available as a self-contained unit with its own entrance. The brightly furnished vacation apartment features 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with a dining area and a cozy sofa, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Soak up the sun and wind down the day on the balcony with seating.

Upon request, we’re happy to provide a bread roll delivery service. You can conveniently park your car in the private parking lot or in the garage. You’ll find pure relaxation on our beautiful lawn or the spacious terrace.

Even in summer, there’s never a dull moment for young and old alike at the high ropes course, Ramsau Beach amusement park, Fairy Tale Trail, children’s and environmental adventure trails, children’s via ferrata routes, and much more. For active hikers heading into the alpine pasture region, there are numerous rustic Ramsau alpine pastures and huts. Here, you can refuel with a typical Styrian “Brettljause” snack. On the Ramsau Plateau, you can enjoy leisurely strolls along numerous walking and scenic trails. If you want to go higher, take the Dachstein Panorama Gondola up to 2,700 meters above sea level—completely free of charge— because the ride to the Dachstein Glacier is just one of many attractions included completely free of charge with the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card when you stay two nights or more at Haus Waldhorn.
