To make your arrival smooth and stress-free, guests will receive a secure smart lock access code personalized for their stay once all check-in steps have been completed.

Guests will have full access to all areas of the property during their stay, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, utility room, backyard, pergola lounge area, balcony, driveway, and outdoor spaces.

We kindly encourage completing all required guest verification items as soon as possible to avoid any delay with check-in.

Early check-in may be requested within 2 days of arrival and is not guaranteed. If approved, early check-in is $25 per hour until normal check-in time and is not available before 8:00 AM.

Late checkout may be requested within 2 days of departure and is not guaranteed. If approved, late checkout is $25 per hour after the normal 10:00 AM checkout time and cannot extend past 2:00 PM.

Unauthorized late checkout may result in a $300 fee.

✅ The refundable security deposit is fully returned after checkout provided there are:
