Surf's up at this bright and open, three-level townhouse located within walking distance of the six-mile-long Junction and Breakwater Trail and just a little over two miles from the area's best beach. After a day on the sand, you'll appreciate having a private outdoor shower on the patio. Visiting chefs will delight in the spacious kitchen brimming with stainless steel appliances and all the accessories and utensils you need to prepare anything from quick snacks to full-course dinners. Dine together at the table, and then settle into the main living area and channel surf on the cable TV. Outside, relax and soak up the sunshine on your furnished balcony, walk over to the seasonal outdoor pool to cool off in the summer, or visit the fitness room to exercise, no matter the season. We had the most relaxing time at this location. Nice, clean, well-maintained home and neighborhood. Appliances, mattresses, bedding and amenities were above standard. Close to the beach and all the surrounding activities. One of the better rentals in my experience.

Clean, spacious townhouse close to everything in Rehoboth Beach

Our family of six had a wonderful stay at this very clean and well-appointed townhome. We enjoyed to community pool, and the short drive/bike ride to all key points in the area. We definitely would love to stay here again next time we're in Rehoboth.

Great stay in Rehoboth!

This property was perfect for our group of 6! Each couple had their own room and private bathroom. The location was great and the townhome was cute! We enjoyed and would definitely stay again.

Great getaway!

Lovely, quiet property. Close to the beach and shopping/restaurants. We took Ubers to the actual beaches (Rehoboth and Dewey) so we didn’t have to find parking. The bike path is perfect for morning runs and walks. We would absolutely rent this property again.

Home was spacious, well furnished, and clean for the most part. All appliances, electronics, and fixtures worked well. Location is excellent, just a 10 min drive to Rehoboth beach.While we had a comfortable stay overall, we did have some issues. Firstly, a couple of the blankets looked like they had some stains and could have been cleaned better. Also, the blanket in the master suite was completely missing. We had to use one of the many random throw blankets for the first night. Secondly, the door to the bathroom of the ground level bedroom was locked with no way to open it (no emergency key). Due to the lack of responsiveness from local housekeeping team, we had to visit a nearby Walmart to get a set of small tools to release the lock ourselves. (For future reference, the lock uses a push mechanism through a pin hole to unlock, not a turning mechanism. You could probably unlock it with a unbent paperclip or Bobby pin).However we had to troubleshoot this issue ourselves, and didn't get any resolution or support with this or the missing blanket issue until the next day around 11. Messages sent to the host would sometimes take a while (over an hour or 2) before getting a real response.Lastly, the front door lock keypad is a little finicky and would not always respond predictably. Sometimes the keypad would flash red in failure after just entering 2 or 3 digits of the 10 digit code. You have to press the top button to reset it and start over.

Rehoboth Beach Get Away

Great property and location. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and breweries close by. Easy to get to Rehoboth Beach. Lay out of condo with three bedrooms was perfect for our group of 4. Nice to have three full bathrooms. Kitchen and family room were nice. Patio/deck off each floor was a bonus.

Perfect in every way

We loved staying at Rehoboth Crossing. The house had everything my family needed. It was close to everything! The beach, shopping, and restaurants were all just a couple minutes away. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!!

Close to rehoboth

This was the second time we stayed at this property. It’s a great location, close to the beach and the outlets. Very bummed out it no longer is dog friendly and the internet needs a little help (unless we were given the wrong Wi-Fi login). We would come back if it was pet friendly but this property no longer works for our family.

Great rental

The house was spacious, clean and fully stocked with cooking ware and extra blankets. and garage was full of beach equipment and bikes! Smart TVs very nice for the kiddies. Location was great! If you’re up for it you can bike to the beach. But it was a 5 min car ride to the boardwalk. Right across from the outlets. Would love to stay here again!
