Overlook the surf and sand from the balcony of this sixth floor 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level layout features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and bedroom (with a private half bathroom of its own). Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 flat-screen TVs (including 50' flat-screen in living room), 2 Blu-rays, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features carpet in bedroom only. Remainder of condo is tiled. Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, basketball court, boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing. THINGS TO KNOW Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Great views of the ocean!

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at Sea Colony! The condo had all of the amenities that we wanted and we really enjoyed the balcony and being able to watch the dolphins. We would definitely stay again!

Fun get away!

We came to Bethany Beach for a brief rest and stayed in a small but very clean and comfortable one bedroom in Sea Colony. The experience and pleasant sound of the beach exceeded our expectations!

The place was very clean, enough linen, etc. It needs a bit more "homey" touch and a Keurig and dish towels would be great! The view… fabulous! Close to everything!

A gem

We did swimming, long walks along the beach, bike rides, cooked some meals in (the kitchen was well equipped) and went out for others. One day of rain means we hit the Rehobeth outlets.

Great Stay!

This condo was exactly as pictured; nothing fancy or elaborate, but functional and practical. It was clean and stocked with any essential items we needed. We booked this for a short, last-minute, beach trip. The location was fantastic and perfect a family with young kids. Would definitely recommend the Sea Colony complex for anyone looking for a Bethany Beach getaway.

Enjoyed our time Labor Day weekend at this condo. Excellent location, good view, super efficient. Main negative is condo needs more comfortable mattresses for both the king bed and sofa bed.

Great location and perfect mini-stay

Overall the condo was a perfect size for our family of 4. We love Sea Colony and the location of their pools, tennis courts and most importantly the beach. Our only complaint is that they need a different cleaning service as our bathrooms still had sand in the sink and overall cleaning was not thorough, especially floors and behind the sofa bed.

Perfect little condo

The place was exactly as advertised, no surprises for us! The parking spot is under the building close to the elevator that is right next to the unit so it was very convenient. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook and eat, there were towels in the bathrooms, and the beds had linens. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the beach and pools were close.

Loved location and view from fairly private balcony. Mattress and sofa very worn. No vent in bathroom makes for a steamy shower. Clean and well stocked.

Beachfront Condo

Sea Colony is a great place to stay. It is a great community with a lot to offer. We have two young kids and they love being right on the beach, all the pools, and activities within Sea Colony. This condo was nice and had everything we needed. I loved that there was a washer and dryer right in the unit. I really appreciated that the linens were provided. It was a good size for the 4 of us, it probably would be a little cramped if my kids were older but we also didn’t spend much time indoors because there was so much to do.

Nice Sea Colony property

Great location at the end of Sea Colony. Quiet and great view of beach. Loved the chairs on the balcony. Property has all the little things you could need to cook, etc.. Had no issues getting anything to work. Close to many shops and places to eat or pickup food. Could use a little extra cleaning to have things sparkle, but had no big problems (rented towards end of summer, so understand). Great relaxing week.
