Everything in the room was clean, nice and well kept. The only issue i had was that when we were leaving the room and checking out, I had left a towel on the balcony, but when we went back to get it, the keys to the room stopped working 20 minutes before the checkout time or pressing the checkout button on the app. I also couldnt find anyone there to help me with that. Other than that the room was nice and is in a nice location.

This unit is rented thru a third party,check in was intrusive.The condos HOA also required more information. The only review on VRBO said the door key was inoperable before checkout.Checkout was 10:00,our key stopped working at 9:30. We had a 9 month old with us,you can imagine a scenario where this could have been a disaster. Vuestay blamed the HOA,the HOA said it did not happen. I wanted assurance from Vustay that this would not happen to the next renter,I did not get it. I would not recommend this condo for these reasons.

In this case, any HOA-required information and steps are thoroughly disclosed to guests prior to confirming their reservation so they are aware of building policies in advance. Regarding the issue with the door key, we understand how concerning that situation must have been, particularly with a 9-month-old. We also regret the frustration you experienced in trying to get clarity around the source of the issue.
