Particularly noteworthy are the balcony with a sea view and the private sauna, which ensures relaxing moments of well-being in every season. The 3-room vacation rental has approximately 70 m² of living space and accommodates up to 5 people—ideal for families or small groups.<br><br>The living area is bright and inviting, featuring a cozy sofa nook, TV, Wi-Fi, and an integrated dining area. A wood-burning stove creates a pleasant atmosphere even on cooler days. From the living area, you have direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea.<br><br>The open kitchen is well-equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all basic amenities. A dishwasher is available for added convenience.<br><br>The apartment has two separate bedrooms: One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 80 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom features a single bed and a pull-out bunk bed with two sleeping spaces (each 90 x 200 cm). Blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep. <br><br>The bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and built-in sauna.<br><br>Additional amenities include underfloor heating, a washing machine for guest use, and a private parking space. Shopping, restaurants, and the beach are within easy reach. The distinctive vacation homes and apartments are spread out between the coast and Hansa-Park and offer the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation in any season—from family vacations in the summer to a cozy break by the fireplace during the cooler months.<br><br>The Baltic Sea beach is within walking distance and can be reached without crossing any public roads. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. For guests with dogs, a separate dog beach is available a short distance from the main beach. The promenade and the adjacent path along the Sierksdorf cliffs are perfect for long walks. Guests can also access Hansa-Park directly from the beach park via a private entrance connected by a bridge—a real highlight, especially for families.<br><br>The accommodations are modern and comfortably furnished and, depending on the type of house, feature amenities such as a fireplace or pellet stove and a private terrace or balcony. Barbecuing is permitted only on the lawn. A parking space is included with each accommodation. All vacation rentals are non-smoking.<br><br>A security deposit is required for stays at Strandpark. This also serves as an advance payment for electricity costs, which are billed individually based on actual consumption. For electric vehicles, there are four electric charging stations in the public area with a total of eight charging points and a charging capacity of up to 22 kW.
