Important Stay Details & House Rules
To ensure a seamless stay and maintain great relations with our community, please review our neighborhood guidelines before booking:

Parking & Vehicles
• HOA Registration Required: All guest vehicles must be registered with the community.
• Included Vehicles: 4 vehicles are included in the registration per home (8 vehicles total included).
• Additional Vehicles: Up to 10 cars total are permitted across both properties. Vehicles 5 through 10 require a $10/vehicle registration fee. Driveway parking only.
• RV Parking: Permitted in the driveway only; however, sleeping or living inside the RV during your stay is strictly prohibited.

Age & Noise Restrictions
• Minimum Age: The primary renter must be 25+ (ID verification required).
• Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Strictly enforced by the community).
• No Fireworks.

Pets & Smoking
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior host approval. A pet cleaning fee will be assessed for all approved furry guests.
• Smoking: Strictly forbidden indoors. A $500+ fee will be charged for any indoor smoking violations.

Amenities & Wristbands
• We provide a total of 26 community wristbands for amenity access (matching our maximum occupancy). Please look after them, as missing or lost wristbands incur a $35 replacement fee. Community amenities close daily at 12:00 AM.

Trash & Departure
• Trash Disposal: Guests must take trash to the community compactors on Thornberry Lane. Hours are 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Closed Tuesdays). Your guest tag must be displayed.
• Check-out Checklist: Please run the dishwashers, lower the HVAC, dispose of trash, and ensure both properties are locked.
• Note: Please do not rearrange the furniture during your stay to avoid property damage.
