AREA:

Very quiet and safe, central location. Supermarkets, shops, the famous beach bars, and a wide variety of excellent restaurants are all nearby. Long seafront promenade, perfect for walking or sports.



GETTING AROUND:

The apartment is 40 km from central Barcelona, 50 minutes by train. The train station is two minutes’ walk away. 45 minutes by car to the beautiful beaches and coves of the Costa Brava.



Important rules: Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an extra fee, payable on arrival. Check-in after 23:00 is not possible. Guests under 25 cannot check in. No parties or unregistered guests. Family property.



This is a residential area: by city regulations, noise and loud music are not allowed after 22:00 (Friday and Saturday) and 21:00 on other days. Please respect the neighbors’ rest.
