Stay in a clean, private studio located in a gated property in Houston’s EaDo area, just minutes from Downtown, the Medical Center, and NRG Stadium. This space is ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for a convenient, budget-friendly stay with easy access to the city.

The studio features a comfortable queen bed, a private bathroom, and a kitchen with essentials for cooking and dining. The layout is simple and efficient, providing everything you need for a relaxed and practical stay.

Enjoy fast WiFi, a smart TV for streaming, and easy self check-in using a secure keypad entry, allowing you to arrive on your own schedule. Parking is available in the rear of the property for added convenience.

This is a multi-unit property, and guests have access to shared outdoor spaces, including a courtyard with seating and a free laundry area located in the rear shed. A gated pet area is also available on the left side of the building. Outdoor areas are shared with other guests, and occasional noise may be heard.

Located near EaDo, you’ll be close to restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife, with quick access to Downtown Houston, Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center, Discovery Green, and major highways. The Texas Medical Center and NRG Stadium are also easily accessible.

Whether you`re visiting for work, events, or a short stay, this studio offers a reliable, well-located, and comfortable home base for your time in Houston.
Additional House Rules:


-Make sure to leave the gate opener on the kitchen counter before checkout (we charge $100 to replace it)
- No smoking inside our home. We charge a $350 fee if evidence of smoking is found.
- No illegal drugs or firearms on the premises
- No parties or loud, rowdy groups
- No pets allowed without prior approval
- No more than 2 additional daytime guests without Host approval
- We charge $400 to send a plumber to unclog a toilet due to excessive toilet paper or feminine products
- No confetti, glitter, or burning candles
- Houston has a hot and humid climate and sometimes it is impossible to keep bugs out. We exterminate every month to try and prevent this from happening.
- Please do not set the AC below 69 degrees which will cause the unit to freeze and stop working.
- We do have exterior cameras which record audio/video
