The Space:

This gorgeous, craftsman home exudes warmth and comfort, offering a unique blend of old-world charm and modern amenities. Stepping inside you’ll discover a beautifully maintained interior featuring hardwood floors throughout, adding to its timeless appeal. The cozy living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, with plush seating, a smart TV and an abundance of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen retains its charm while providing all the modern conveniences you need in stylish, retro-looking appliances and a gas stove. Also included is a tea kettle and a convenient Keurig Coffee Maker.



Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, offering high-quality linens, ample closet space, and a peaceful ambiance for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is a true gem, featuring a deep soaking tub that invites you to unwind and relax.



Outside, the expansive backyard is a private oasis, perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. Unwind in the hammock under the shade of mature trees, gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings, or fire up the BBQ for a delightful outdoor meal. For those who enjoy games, a round of Cornhole or Bocce Ball awaits! The expansive yard is beautifully landscaped and offers a variety of seating areas with plenty of space for children to play and for families to enjoy time together.

As the house is nestled in a vibrant community, there are a few things we want you to be aware in order to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. In the area, you may hear the occasional family party from one of the neighbors, especially on holidays. We’ve found the neighbors to be respectful and are quiet by 11pm. You will also hear periodic horns from the scheduled commuter train passing not too far away. To us, it somehow reminds us of the countryside; and having lived here so long, it blends into the background. And a small, private school next door brings the sounds of young children playing and singing. We actually find it lovely and hope you will too.



We have weekly landscaping. The gardener will be arriving in Mondays for less than an hour for yard maintanence.



During your stay, we kindly request that you use makeup remover wipes or an appropriate substitute for removing makeup. Unfortunately, stains caused by makeup can be challenging to remove from our towels and linens.



To cover the cost of stained items, we have implemented the following fees:



- Stained towel fee: $10 per towel

- Stained linen fee: $40 per linen item

- Smoking fee: $500 (outdoor smoking is allowed but please do not leave cigarettes on the premises)
