The dining area seats six comfortably, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar, making it easy for larger groups to dine together.

• Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
