We’ve made our dream come true with “Villa Giulia” and would like to share our happiness with you.
Villa Giulia captivates with its perfect balance of traditional and modern design, offering a charming vacation in Puglia.
Our property consists of a main house—restored entirely in the traditional architectural style—and a studio—featuring modern, loft-style elements.
The main house features a living/dining room with a modern white kitchen. It also includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In our loft studio, the double bed is located on the loft level. From here, you can look down onto the living area below. From the living area, you have a beautiful view of the pool. The studio has a separate bathroom with a pebble-effect finish. These two areas are connected by a hallway, so the space can be used as one large living unit or, by closing the door, as two separate living areas.
You can swim laps in the pool, as it has a comfortable size of 4x12 meters. Of course, it’s also a great place to toss a ball back and forth and splash around.
Around the pool, you’ll find pool loungers and lounge chairs for relaxing.
Naturally, there’s a beautiful, large garden table right next to the house, shaded by a pergola. This is where the outdoor kitchen is located, offering a beautiful view of a trulli.
You’ll find another seating area with a shaded pergola on the other side near the studio—this is where a “sundowner” tastes especially good.
Our house stands on a property of approximately 1 hectare, featuring about 150 olive trees, many grapevines, cherry trees, and an almond tree.
For us, it’s an oasis of well-being where you can happily leave technology behind for a while.
You don’t have to do without technology, though—we have Wi-Fi even though we’re in the countryside.
There are plenty of sports activities in the immediate and wider area:
- Cycling on the “Pineta Ulmo” aqueduct
- Walking/hiking
- Yoga
- Kitesurfing (at Torre Canne)
- and much more.
