This luxurious vacation rental for 2–4 guests is situated in a fantastic beachfront location, and your dog is also welcome. It’s located on the 3rd floor in the center of the building and offers an impressive view of the ocean.

The heart of the apartment is the open, modern living/dining area with a direct ocean view. This area also features a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality brand-name appliances. The bedroom is in a quiet location, and even from here you can enjoy direct ocean views—even from the bed. Additionally, the living room features a sleeper sofa that sleeps up to 2 people and a 55-inch TV. A bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the amenities.

Another highlight of this apartment is the covered, furnished loggia with a wonderful view of the Bay of Lübeck. During your vacation, your car will be parked in a designated parking space, which includes access to the wallbox at the parking spot.

In Pelzerhaken, the name “Eichenhain” has always been synonymous with upscale seaside vacations in a fantastic location.
In 2022, 12 top-of-the-line vacation apartments with a south-facing orientation were built here.

Floor-to-ceiling windows, ceiling heights of approximately 2.70 meters, on-site parking, walk-in showers, wide plank flooring, and many more thoughtful details make your vacation in this beautiful setting even more special.

Thanks to its own photovoltaic system, the use of fossil fuels is significantly reduced, and the modern surface cooling system ensures a pleasant indoor climate.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find Pelzerhaken’s various beaches: the swimming beach with its pier, the surfing beach, the dog-friendly beach, a beach area completely free of water sports, and the natural beach with its cliffs.

Each vacation rental has either a rooftop terrace, a balcony, a loggia, or a garden terrace with high-quality flooring.
There is a shared bicycle storage room in the building.

Urlaub beginnt an der Rezeption. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundliche und kompetent. Unser Haus Eichenhain ist ein modernes Haus mit Fahrstuhl. Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bad ist ein Träumchen, der Ausblick unbezahlbar. Die Promenade ist bis auf den Schandfleck Dünenweg Ecken Standallee sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Gaststätten und Restaurants laden zum shoppen und verweilen ein. Wir kommen nächste Jahr wieder.

Wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Zugang zum Haus ist gesichert, so daß Fremde nicht ins Haus gelangen. Die Sauberkeit entlang der gesamten Promenade von Pelzerhaken nach Rettin und Neustadt hat uns sehr gefallen, ebenso die Freundlichkeit des Personals in Gastronomie und Einzelhandel. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
