Welcome to this modern and comfortable holiday apartment with two balconies and sea views. It is approximately 71 sqm in size, located on the first floor (elevator available) and offers ample space for up to six people to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Two inviting bedrooms with a cozy ambiance ensure undisturbed sleep and restful nights. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower.

The fully equipped, enclosed kitchen with a balcony includes everything you need. From a ceramic cooktop, oven and dishwasher to a microwave and refrigerator with a freezer compartment – ​​all your kitchen needs are met. All necessary kitchen utensils are also provided, so you can feel right at home. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or on one of the two balconies, where you can admire the views of the sea and the forest.

A washer/dryer is available in the apartment for your laundry needs.

The promenade with its restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as the sandy beach, are only about 200 meters away.

The dog beach and the large Wernerwald forest are just a short walk away.

After a long bike ride, you can store your bicycles in the bike storage room.

In the immediate vicinity, you'll find numerous opportunities for activities. Whether hiking, cycling or jogging – outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy. You also have the chance to try water sports such as windsurfing, sailing and boat trips. Families with children will appreciate the many recreational options, such as the forest playground and climbing park.
