The space
Spread out and make yourselves at home in this spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom Pocono Mountains retreat. With 3,000 square feet and multiple living areas, there’s plenty of room for large families and groups to gather, relax, and reconnect.

At Woodland Lodge, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of spring and summer in the Poconos. Spend your days hiking waterfalls at Hickory Run State Park, exploring Jim Thorpe, or enjoying the private lakes, sandy beaches, and pools inside Indian Mountain Lake. After a full day outdoors, return to a comfortable home designed for family vacations and group getaways.

• The main living area is ideal for movie nights or cooling off after a lake day, featuring a large sectional with chaise lounge and a 65” television.

• The four-season sunroom offers a bright second living space with large windows overlooking the backyard and direct access to the private hot tub. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee before heading to the beach or relaxing in the evening after outdoor fun.

-Sleeping Arrangements-

Our home comfortably sleeps 14 guests across 5 bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed, with ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
• Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
• Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin Bunk Bed
• Bedroom 5: Two Twin Bunk Beds

The flexible layout is ideal for multiple families, cousins sharing bunk rooms, or multi-generational summer vacations in the Poconos.

-Kitchen & Dining-

• The fully appointed kitchen makes feeding a crowd easy, with two refrigerators, ample cabinetry, and all the cookware and dishes you’ll need. Our pay-it-forward pantry includes basic essentials to get your stay started.

• Gather around the large dining table with seating for 12, plus 6 more in the breakfast nook; perfect for big family dinners after a day at the lake, pool, or hiking trails.

-Entertainment & Family Fun-

• The converted garage game room includes arcade games, retro consoles, ping pong, and foosball; great for rainy days or evening competitions after outdoor adventures.

• Board games and puzzles are available inside for additional family fun.

• Traveling with little ones? We provide a pack ’n play and high chair for your convenience.

• A dedicated workspace makes it easy to check emails before heading out for a hike or lake day.

• Central heating and A/C ensure comfort during warm summer days and cool mountain evenings.

Guest access
As our guest, you will have private access to the entire property, including the house, the garage game room, and the driveway with ample parking.

Your stay also offers the opportunity to enjoy fantastic community amenities. By purchasing guest badges, you can access:
• Five lakes, two with beaches and waterfront access for swimming and two for fishing
• Two swimming pools to cool off
• Basketball courts for friendly competition

Badges can be purchased for $10 per person, and we recommend buying them directly from the community office upon arrival. Please note that the availability of community amenities is subject to seasonal operations and is not guaranteed.

Other things to note
-Community Registration-
• Upon booking, you will receive a form that must be completed and returned at least 72 hours before your arrival. This is required to register your stay with the community and ensure gate access. Forms received less than 72 hours in advance will incur a $75 expedited processing fee, as required by the community.

-Age Requirement-
• The primary renter must be 22 years of age or older.
• We do not host prom parties.

-Community Quiet Hours-
• To respect neighboring homes, we kindly request that guests observe he community quiet hours from 10p-8am each day and keep outdoor voices to a minimum during this time and not play music outside.
• We also ask that any music played indoors be kept to a level so that it is not heard outside.
