- Payment: 50% at signed lease, balance within 48 hours of execution. Wire transfer.
- $8,000 refundable security deposit held separately in a Massachusetts bank, MGL c.186 §15B compliant.
- Government-issued ID required for every adult overnight guest concurrent with second installment.
- Renter's liability insurance ($1M+) required, certificate due 7 days before check-in.
