◦ FIRST-FLOOR LIVING ROOM: Sink into plush seating and stream your favorites on the massive 65" Smart TV.
◦ UPSTAIRS LOUNGE: The ultimate hangout zone featuring a comfortable couch, a 43" TV, a dedicated foosball table, a dart board, and a curated collection of board games.
◦ THREE-SEASON ROOM: A bright, relaxing space that gives early risers or night owls a quiet place to sip coffee or read without waking up the rest of the house.

➤ KITCHEN & DINING ZONES
Prepare meals with ease in our fully stocked kitchen. When it is time to eat, gather the whole crew around the 8-seat dining table downstairs. Need a quieter setting or a place to set up a laptop? Head to the secondary 4-seat table located upstairs.

After a long day exploring Oshkosh, retreat to one of our carefully designed bedrooms, comfortably sleeping your entire group:

◦ BEDROOM 2 (1ST FLOOR): A cozy first-floor retreat with a queen bed, generous closet space, soft lighting, and a 43" Roku TV.
◦ BEDROOM 3 (UPSTAIRS): A peaceful queen room flooded with natural light from bright windows, featuring a 43" Roku TV.
◦ BEDROOM 4 (UPSTAIRS): A serene, bedroom featuring TWO queen beds designed for quiet rest.
◦ BEDROOM 5 (UPSTAIRS): A highly versatile room perfect for kids or teens! Features two twin beds plus a pull-out trundle, a small play area, a 43" Roku TV, and convenient storage.

◦ TWO FULL BATHROOMS: The master bathroom features a shower/tub combo, while the upstairs bathroom features a convenient stand-up shower.
◦ IN-UNIT LAUNDRY: Free on-site washer and dryer located right on the main floor in the bedroom next to the lower living room. Pack lighter and refresh your wardrobe easily!

Skip the crowded downtown restaurants and enjoy your own private retreat. Step outside into the backyard and picture your group gathered around the glowing propane fire pit in 8 comfortable Adirondack chairs.
