It was a magical stay. Leila is the best housekeeper you could ever wish for! The view is magnificent and we enjoyed every second and sunset here. Sharing the pool with the other guests was not a problem. The kitchen is very well equipped with a French press, the Greek coffee pot and a manual orange juice juicer. I’d strongly suggest to visit this area by car. Happy to recommend.

Our stay was very comfortable. The terrace and view are spectacular. The amenities are good. We enjoyed the location, Limeni is a lovely spot and only minutes away. Aeropolis, the town up the hill, offers a wide array of dining options, shops and supermarket. Lila the Housekeeper is a treasure and extremely thoughtful about making everyone's stay great. Two minor points: the access to the drive and parking is not that easy; the downstairs bedroom is actually the basement and has only a small window, but fine for sleeping.

Our stay at this beautiful house in Limeni was absolutely perfect! Lila was an exceptional host, greeting us with freshly baked goods and freshly squeezed juice upon arrival. The location of the house is stunning, perched on a hillside with breathtaking views. We enjoyed many evenings dining with a sunset backdrop, which was truly magical. The pool was another highlight, offering a serene spot to relax with an incredible view of the sea. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Peloponnese. Thank you, Lila, for making our stay unforgettable!

We have just spent 5 nights at Limeni and stayed at Villa Arte - Apea Villas, it was the most picturesque villa we have ever stayed in. The actual villa was very spacious and well set out, the verandas had the most spectacular views of Limeni below, the pool area was so lovely to relax around after a day at the beach. The view was breath taking. Our hosts and Mrs Lina was so helpful making sure we had everything we wanted. They left us little treats and local produce to make our stay so enjoyable. We also loved the set up of the villas where we made friends with our neighbours around the pool area. We wish our stay was longer.

This is a gorgeous house, the pool is beautiful and the view from the pool area is worth the price alone! Limeni is a lovely little town with great food and excellent swimming. Areopoli has good shops, bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful week staying at APEA. Lila, the housekeeper, is lovely and made us very welcome. The only comment is about the parking - it was sometimes difficult to park when all the other guests were present. It was fine, though as we parked on the approach road sometimes. You really need to rent a car to visit this property but it makes for a great holiday.

Stunning! Absolutely paradise in peaceful surroundings with a stunning vista! We were greeted by Elena who provided some lovely fresh baked goods & honey. We were in one of the shared pool villas & neighbors were very friendly and kind. Each villa has its own pool seating area which is very nice to have. Great space to spread out & very clean. One bedroom is on a lower level with a very small window but we didn’t spend anytime indoors except for sleeping. Great location to drive into small villages. We would love to come back someday!

Breathtaking view and place. Host extremely responsive. As soon as we arrive, the site manager Lila welcomed us with local treats and throughout the stay had little attentions for us and specially the children. place is spotless, beds are comfortable, bathrooms as well. kitchen works well but obviously has not been used much by families and a few items were missing to be able to cook comfortably, but we made suggestions to host and he added the accessories. the only thing still missing is a microwave... not very design I agree. regarding the area, it s pure beauty and plenty of sightseeing. We were not fond of Limeni restaurants: we are foodies and found the relation price-quality quite bad compared to other areas of the Peloponnese. But the view makes it all worth it, the clear waters, and swimming close to turles! warning, we went early May and water was probably around 17degrees celsius!

Jans Unterkunft war absolut atemberaubend! Es gab so viele Plätze zum Sitzen und um die Aussicht zu genießen! Es war friedlich und entspannend und mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten von Restaurants entfernt. Die Betten waren so, so bequem und die Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten, um zu kochen. Lela kam täglich zum Aufräumen und hat uns bei der Ankunft sogar einen Kuchen gebacken! Am nächsten Tag brachte sie frisch gepressten Orangensaft mit. Ich kann Jans Unterkunft nur empfehlen!!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön und die Aussicht war absolut unglaublich. Wir waren begeistert von der Lage, 5 Minuten vom Platz, Restaurants und Geschäften, den Lebensmittelgeschäften und Bäckereien sowie von tollen Badeplätzen und Restaurants am Wasser entfernt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und privat und hatte alles, was wir für einen sehr komfortablen Aufenthalt brauchten. Lila war so herzlich und einladend und teilte ihre köstlichen hausgemachten Kuchen mit uns, was eine so besondere Freude war. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft für deinen Aufenthalt sehr!

Honestly, I truly believe that our experience in the area would not have been the same if we had stayed anywhere else. We stayed at Villa Aris during the last week of August 2026, and everything was simply perfect. The rooms, the cleanliness, the quality of the bed linen and mattresses, the kitchen and bathroom amenities — everything was thoughtfully taken care of. The swimming pool was absolutely spotless and checked every morning, early in the day. And then there was the view… simply breathtaking. You never wanted to leave the terrace. I found myself waking up early and staying up late, unable to take my eyes off the incredible scenery in front of me. The sense of peace and tranquility this place gave me during that one week was truly priceless. It felt like I could completely switch off from the noise and stress of everyday life. And the icing on the cake was Lila. Her kindness, her wonderful smile, and all the little treats she brought us made our stay even more special. She was always there whenever we needed anything, but in the most discreet and thoughtful way. Villa Aris is a truly special place, and I would recommend it without hesitation. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. Rania.

Wir wurden von Lila unglaublich herzlich empfangen – sie war so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage und die Aussicht, der Frieden und die Ruhe sind atemberaubend (man kann nicht zu Fuß gehen und ein Auto ist in Mani unerlässlich). Der Gemeinschaftspool funktioniert sehr gut und während unseres Aufenthalts in Aris genossen wir die Privatsphäre der zweiten Terrasse. Vielleicht wären einige Informationen zu Supermärkten usw. für den unmittelbaren Bedarf und Empfehlungen für lokale Restaurants hilfreich. Die APEA Villas haben alles, was man braucht – Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Bademäntel, Pflegeprodukte und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Parken ist ein wenig schwierig/eng, aber wenn Gäste sich respektvoll verhalten, funktioniert es. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt – danke! Und vielen Dank an Lila – so hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und großzügig.

Schöne Villa mit einer Aussicht, die sofort fesselt. Der Pool war reizend und alle Annehmlichkeiten waren perfekt. Die Haushälterin ist ein absoluter Schatz, so lieb und hilfsbereit – ganz zu schweigen von den Kuchen und dem frischen Orangensaft! Eine wirklich unerwartete Überraschung, die unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht hat. Danke.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Tolle Lage, sauber, schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hervorheben möchten wir die überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame, die uns empfangen, uns alles gezeigt, unter der Woche sauber gemacht hat und uns ausserdem mit Kuchen und Keksen während unseres Aufenthalts verwöhnt hat. Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus, in dem man übernachten kann, sehr komfortabel und auf sehr hohem Niveau gereinigt (danke Lela, du warst während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts so freundlich!). Das Parken kann etwas schwierig sein, aber es ist verständlich, wenn man die Hanglage bedenkt. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht.
