The North Sea, with its access stairs, is just a stone’s throw away and “feels like it’s right there.” The spa center—featuring a small indoor pool and other amenities—and the tourist information office are about 50 meters away. Restaurants are within sight and only about 150 meters away.<br>The charming town of Nordstrand offers peace and quiet and unspoiled nature, and is also an ideal starting point for day trips: “on foot” to Sylt, Pellworm, Föhr, Amrum, or Helgoland (ferry connections from Nordstrand to each destination, depending on the season); mudflat hikes, swimming beaches, bike tours in the surrounding area, or access to the mainland at any time via the road connection by car or public bus…<br><br><br> Amenities The apartment, with approximately 85 square meters of living space, is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible via an elevator (the balcony is accessible via a single step approximately 20 cm high). <br>Ambitious home cooks will find everything they need in the spacious open kitchen: a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee maker (filter size 4), electric kettle, toaster, hand mixer, milk frother (Smeg), and plenty of dishes and utensils will make you want to cook in your vacation home. <br>The open-concept living room with a cozy seating area invites you to relax with a 50-inch flat-screen TV (currently still with a satellite dish), a compact Nubert stereo system with radio, Bluetooth, and a DVD/Blu-ray recorder. <br><br>The apartment features two bedrooms (beds 180 x 200 cm, firmness level 2), each with its own TV and shower room, ensuring privacy.
