The house was nicely decorated and had a modern style, but there were small holes in the walls behind some of the doors, paint was pealing from the ceiling, one of the beds did not have a mattress cover on it, the ceiling light in the kitchen was falling down and had a lot of bugs in it, there were spiderwebs throughout the house, in the primary bathroom there is walk in closet connected to the bathroom that was unlocked but inside was storage, and the grass was very long and uncut in the backyard so we couldn't go outside and enjoy the yard. It is also important to note that you can hear traffic noise from this location so you may want to bring a sound machine. We also had some concerns about customer service: I asked a question about the type of coffee pot available at the house but did not get an answer to my question; throughout the stay I received text messages and messages within vrbo from the management company wishing me a happy new year, even though it was July; and on the last day when it was checkout, a checkout message was sent saying the air should not be set lower then 70 and if there is damage to the air conditioner and it turns out it was because it was set below 70, that we would be responsible for damage, but there was no note about this at the home or upon check in so there would be no way to know this.
