The Space:

Located in the 3rd building past the clubhouse, this is a one level home on the bottom level of a 3-story building. The foyer leads to the bedroom on the left, bathroom on the right, washer/dryer on the right leading to the kitchen and living room



Guest Access:

★During your stay, you'll also have access to the clubhouse gym, sauna, and pool (when in season). The pool is accessed with the fob provided

★ The in-unit laundry is located in the closet immediately upon entering.



The Neighborhood:

This apartment is located in a safe, gated community. Guests have access to the clubhouse amenities, including a gym and pool. The clubhouse is a short walk from the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure the security of our community, guests are provided with one hangtag for gate access and a mailbox key. Please note that these items must be returned upon checkout to avoid a 50 dollar replacement fee for each. We kindly ask that you observe our check-in time of 16:00 and check-out time of 11:00. Please note that unauthorized late checkouts will incur a 50 dollar fee, and if the delay exceeds two hours, the charge will be the full base rate for the following day. As a reminder, this is a smoke-free property, and smoking or vaping inside or within 25 feet of the premises will result in a 350 dollar remediation fee. We do not allow pets, parties, or unregistered guests. Before departure, we kindly request that you strip the used beds, place used towels in the bathtub or shower, and wash your dishes. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining our home.
