Thanks to the open layout leading to the terrace, the modern and vibrant living room feels wonderfully bright and inviting. The wooden-slatted windows offer a great view of the garden and the thatched roof.
A high-quality leather couch and a leather armchair are available here. The large dining table has room for the whole family—it’s the perfect spot to enjoy meals, play games, and spend time together. A selection of board games is provided, and multimedia entertainment is available via a large Smart TV and free Wi-Fi.

The adjacent, open kitchen is fully equipped. Amenities include, among other things, a ceramic cooktop and oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a dishwasher and microwave. A coffee maker for classic filter coffee is available, as is a NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto capsule machine. A counter with four bar stools creates a particularly inviting atmosphere. There is also a modern guest restroom on the first floor.

Upstairs, there are two large, modernly furnished bedrooms. Both are equipped with large 180x200 cm double beds, as well as spacious dressers and wardrobes.
The first bedroom includes a crib; the room has its own access to the bathroom, which features a walk-in shower and toilet.
There is also a safe here for valuables. The second bedroom features another smart TV.
The upper floor also features another bathroom, which is similarly equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet.
