4-star* feel-good house with sauna, fireplace and fully fenced North Sea garden

Welcome to our vacation home on the North Sea.

Our beautiful 4-star* vacation home is located in the Friedrichskoog-Spitze** neighborhood on the North Sea, on a quiet cul-de-sac about 300 meters from the water.

The fenced-in property covers 700 square meters and features large lawns, trees, and shrubs, as well as parking spaces for two vehicles. Outside, in addition to paved west- and south-facing terraces, there is also a large double swing and a sandbox for our younger guests. Exclusive wooden patio furniture, a beach chair, a parasol, lounge chairs, and a grill are also at your disposal. With the three bicycles provided, you can comfortably explore the easily accessible surroundings.

The living area of the fully tiled vacation home totals 90 square meters. The living room consists of a relaxation area with a sofa, satellite TV, stereo system, DVD player, and wood-burning stove, as well as a dining area overlooking the garden. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and SodaStream. Additional amenities include a Finnish sauna, Wi-Fi (fiber-optic connection), smoke detectors, a safe, an ironing board, an iron, a vacuum cleaner, and a washing machine. The windows are equipped with mosquito screens.

For a good night’s sleep, you have a choice of three bedrooms. The large bedroom is equipped with a double bed (2 m x 2 m), a loggia with a view of the sunset, and a satellite TV. The other bedrooms feature two single beds (2 m x 1 m) and a French bed (2 m x 1.40 m). The two newly renovated bathrooms with showers have ample storage space and are each equipped with a hair dryer.
