Modern studio situated behind El Huerto Restaurant with a king bed, private bathroom, Air-Conditioning and smart TV. Basic kitchenette and direct access to the communal pool area through patio door. Within walking distance to beach (800m) and next-door to cafes and local Sodas.

Bike to the beach and practice your surfing on one of our rentals, or visit one of the local surf shops for lessons!

Pura Vida ~

This ground level studio is located on the same property as El Huerto Restaurant. Equipped with a king size bed, air-conditioning and a simple but efficient kitchenette, as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower (hot water). The small working area with desk and chair makes this cabina ideal place for digital nomads.
Additionally there is a private door that leads directly to the street for your convenience.
Step out the patio door to find yourself in the communal pool area where you can kick back and relax anytime of the day.
Complimentary wifi can be accessed from room and common areas.

PLEASE: Be conscious of water and electricity use by ensuring that AC and lights are off anytime you leave the apartment.
There is a strict no smoking policy in the units and pets are not allowed.
Please note that there is a $100 fine should the above not be adhered to, and a 20$ fine for lost keys.

As we are a small property, quiet hours are enforced as of 8pm out of respect for other guests.

Also note that access to ATMs in Playa Grande is very limited.
