The approximately 90-square-meter apartment is located on the outskirts of Dodenau, with a view of the hang gliding site and the Eder floodplain. The vacation rental is suitable for both vacationers with or without children and for technicians. Right from the house, you can go hiking in the Eder floodplain or set out on a bike ride. The Eder Bike Trail runs right past the house. Dodenau is also an ideal starting point for motorcyclists. There are several motorcycle tours of varying lengths to choose from.<br>The tranquil local outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ drive away and is open from June through mid-September.<br>The apartment is located on the first floor, is newly furnished, and can accommodate 4 people. Each of the 2 bedrooms also features a table with 2 chairs. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a TV. The beds are at a comfortable height and can be separated upon request. A travel crib and a high chair are also available. Please notify the landlord before arrival if needed.<br>All windows can be darkened with exterior roller shades.<br>In addition to a cozy sofa, the living room features a second dining area—separate from the kitchen—and a south-facing balcony. A smart TV, a small selection of books, and a collection of games provide entertainment.<br>The kitchen opens onto the spacious loggia. Here, you can start your day with breakfast outdoors or wind down in the evening. <br>Grill masters can use the electric grill to whip up culinary delights.<br>Both the loggia and the south-facing balcony are equipped with tables and chairs for 4 people each. The loggia features 2 lounge chairs at a comfortable height for relaxing.<br>The communal garden is also a great place to linger. It includes a seating area for 4 people with a parasol and a charcoal grill.<br>The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and baking.<br>This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted exclusively on the loggia and the balcony. Failure to comply will result in additional cleaning fees being charged.<br>Dodenau has a small grocery store with all the essentials for daily use, including fresh bakery items. <br>There are 3 restaurants/eateries with beer gardens in town, all within walking distance. Just outside Dodenau, on the outskirts of town, there are two more restaurants with beer gardens. A bakery rounds out the selection. <br>At the Dodenau Game Reserve, you can observe fallow deer, red deer, and mouflon, and a forest nature trail with 13 information boards as well as a charcoal-burning nature trail with 5 stations both begin at the game reserve.<br>A hang gliding club and an archery course invite you to participate, upon prior registration.
