Two of the bedrooms feature king-sized beds, offering plenty of space for a restful stay. The primary king bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom and is conveniently located on the first floor, making it easily accessible for guests. The ensuite bathroom is shared and can be accessed from the kitchen area, providing convenience for common spaces.
The home offers both a main living room and a bonus seating area, giving everyone space to spread out, relax, and unwind after a day in the sun. Whether you're enjoying a movie night, reading a book, or gathering with loved ones, there’s plenty of room for everyone.
Just a short walk away, you’ll find easy beach access, making it simple to spend your days soaking up the sun, swimming, or taking peaceful shoreline strolls. Afterward, return home to rinse off and enjoy the laid-back coastal lifestyle.
Guests will also love being just a five-minute drive from the local town park, which features fun family-friendly amenities including a splash pad, mini golf course, and skate park—perfect for keeping everyone entertained beyond the beach.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.


PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee should be included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to make sure the pet fee(s) have been added.
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

-Beach access is hill/dune like and just across Ocean Ridge Drive at the marked white crosswalks.
