Upon arrival, I was impressed by the clean and well-stocked space, even with beach gear. We enjoyed it until day 3 when, despite closing the curtains, the thermostat remained above 77, over 78 even after buying fans. I called; maintenance was promised, but no one showed up. The next day, I explained the air wasn't working, and we had little sleep. Someone was supposed to fix it but never arrived. I waited until midnight with no help. We bought fans, but it was uncomfortable; who vacations in Florida to return to a hot, never-cooling unit? They saw my request but asked pointless questions like turning off the unit or closing doors. I demanded immediate assistance. I paid nearly 2,000 for a week and shouldn't have to endure such heat—it's too miserable to sleep. They promised to expedite the repair; two hours later, I got a text telling me to turn off the breaker for 15 minutes, then turn it back on, and to call if it didn't cool within an hour. So after paying the amount of money I did, they still couldn't be bothered to send someone, only a text with instructions for me to fix it. They never checked whether we had air or offered reimbursement for the fans we had to buy ourselves. The next day, inexplicably, we had no water. They never communicated about the issues or estimated resolution times; we only had to call them a third time. You can have a clean place with great views, but if you don't care about your guests, you will lose a lot of business. You lost my business!
