Dear vacation guests,
You’ll be staying in a bright, friendly, and quiet 2-room apartment close to the beach, accommodating up to
4 people in approximately 45 m² of living space. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a
living/sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed, and a large flat-screen satellite TV. The
separate dining area is located in a sunny, fully glazed bay window that offers a beautiful view
of the surrounding greenery.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen area (stove with ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with
freezer compartment, dishwasher, and a wide range of kitchenware), a walk-in shower/toilet/
towel warmer. Two balconies are available for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun
, winding down the day in the evening sun, and relaxing while taking in the healthy
sea air.
You can park your car in the underground garage. From the underground garage, you can take the elevator directly to the apartment.
Set back from the traffic-calmed street, a cozy and
comfortably furnished apartment awaits you in a quiet, secluded location—one that will make you feel right at home. There, you’ll find the
comfort you’d hope for on vacation.
The center of Duhnen is just a few minutes’ walk away. There you’ll find excellent shopping,
numerous restaurants, cafes, and much more. The “Ahoi” seawater wave pool is also just a
few minutes’ walk away.

The Residenz Steinmarne is a vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. It is located right next to the beach, behind the dike and the dunes, on a traffic-calmed street. The complex features 34 vacation apartments for 1–6 people, each with a fully glazed bay window. An elevator is available only in Building 1, which houses apartments numbered 1.01–1.16. The apartments in Buildings 2 and 3 are located on the second floor at most.
Recreational activities: children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at the nearby ahoi! Thalasso Center in Duhnen.

Parking space in front of the building or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (maximum entry height 1.95 m, parking space width 2.40 m – 2.50 m; no entitlement to an alternative parking space)

Bike rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
