You’ll feel right at home in our sun-drenched apartment for up to 4 people on the 2nd floor (elevator) in the quiet, secluded part of this charming little vacation complex. Start your day with breakfast on our beautiful south-facing balcony or at the dining table in the glass-enclosed bay window overlooking the sea and the dike. In the living room, relax on a modern couch that converts into a comfortable double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a four-burner electric stove with oven, a Nespresso machine with a milk frother, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The bedroom for two people features another balcony with a sea view that gets plenty of sun starting in the afternoon. In addition, the living area features a flat-screen satellite TV, a 3D Blu-ray player, and, of course, fast and free Wi-Fi access.
The bike rack is located right by the entrance to your apartment in the quiet garden area. From the traffic-calmed street at the front of the vacation complex, you can walk directly to your free outdoor parking space. The bus stop, just a 5-minute walk away, ensures easy local transportation, even if you’re traveling without a car. The beach promenade and the kilometer-long beach with the unique Wadden Sea are just a stone’s throw away (approx. 200 m). In about 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the charming town center of Duhnen, which features restaurants, cafés, bike rentals, mini-golf, the Steinmarne outdoor pool, the wave and indoor recreation pool, and various shopping options.



Residenz Steinmarne is a vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. It is located right near the beach, behind the dike and dunes, on a low-traffic street. The complex features 34 vacation apartments for 1–6 people, each with a fully glazed bay window. An elevator is available only in Building 1, which houses apartments numbered 1.01–1.16. The apartments in Buildings 2 and 3 are located on the second floor at most.
Recreational activities: Children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at the nearby Thalasso Center “ahoi!” in Duhnen.

Parking space in front of the building or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (maximum entry height 1.95 m, parking space width 2.40 m – 2.50 m; no entitlement to an alternative parking space)

Bike rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
