Konradehof - Ferienwohnung " am Garten"

This cozy, spacious vacation apartment (approx. 80 square meters) was newly renovated in 2020 and furnished with great attention to detail.
On the partially covered terrace, you can relax and soak up the natural surroundings and “greenery.” Enjoy the expansive view of our large garden, meadows, forests, and mountains.
Our large trampoline, swing, and sandbox are available for the children to use freely.
The apartment features two bedrooms with double beds, and the bathroom has a step-free, walk-in shower. A travel crib and high chair are available in the house.

The dining area is furnished with a table, chairs, and a corner bench; in the living area, you can make yourself comfortable on two sofas and an armchair.
A TV is, of course, provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Wi-Fi is available.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
We are a hobby farm with a small herd of animals at the moment (chickens, runner ducks, and a dog).
Sustainability is important to us, which is why we’ll be heating with geothermal energy starting this coming winter (2022/2023). When the sun is out, we let the sun’s power heat our water.

Our house is very centrally located with good train connections, yet surrounded by plenty of greenery. This means you can easily travel here without a car or simply leave your car at home during your vacation.

Dogs are allowed only upon request. Dogs are not permitted on the bed or on upholstered furniture.

The price of the apartment is based on 2 people.
A surcharge applies for additional guests; the price is tiered based on age.

Guests over 16 are subject to a visitor’s tax of 1.90 per person.
