• The regular nightly rate covers up to 6 guests. All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the home and only the numbers of guests indicated can stay the night.

• No animals are allowed on the property. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.

• Strictly NO PARTIES and EVENTS, Quiet Hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including in the building common area, elevator and rooftop . $500 fine per violation.

• Security cameras are located in the building’s common areas (lobby, hallways, rooftop) and garage, monitoring exterior spaces only

***Important Notes for Building Key Fob/remote***

Guests must return the key fob and remote to the lockbox after use and scramble the lockbox code.

A $100 fee will be charged for any missing, unreturned, or damaged key fob and/or remote.
